Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

MVCHA

Refunds will be provided only per the O'Fallon Ice Hockey Club Bylaws. Exceptional situations require approval by the O'Fallon Ice Hockey Club Board.

Pre-Season Conditioning
